What we build
A pool is the centerpiece, but the yard is the project. We design the deck, shade, seating, kitchen and lighting alongside the water so everything lines up when it's finished.
What the free appointment looks like
Step one · at your house
A designer meets you on-site, measures the space, and talks through style, spa, shade, and budget. Free, and there's nothing to sign.
Step two · your design
We hand you a design built for your yard, priced in detail up front so the number doesn't move once the dig starts. Revise it as many times as you like.
Step three · we build
We handle permitting and give you a simplified plan for your HOA. Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa permits usually take 2–3 weeks; Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix run longer.
Before you book
Every yard is different, which is why we price yours in person — we’d rather get it right up front than surprise you with extras after construction begins. Tell us the budget you have in mind and we’ll design to it.
Most backyards take 8–12 weeks to build once we can get started. Permitting adds 2–3 weeks in Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa, and 4–6 weeks or more in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. More complex projects can run 16–20 weeks.
We cover our work for two full years from the day the pool is filled. The shell is engineered for life, and your equipment carries a three-year manufacturer warranty. No gimmicky “extended” coverage — we just stand behind the build. Full details are in the contract.
We give every homeowner a simplified HOA plan to submit. Sending it in and following your community’s guidelines is up to you, but the paperwork you need comes from us.
We’re a local builder that started because we knew how the large companies operate. Big builders treat you like a job number. We keep our volume where we can stay hands-on with every customer.
